Hi, I am a high school teacher in Ohio, and my passion is technology. Many of my female students are interested in coding but feel it male-dominated industry (especially here in the US), and they feel intimidated. What is the situation like in Europe, and how do companies such as Seibert Media see female empowerment?

I cannot judge German society, but I assume you’d find very similar motions and emotions. My brother and I have a foundation to help young people learn to code. Recently we had an event called „Let’s code, Girls!“:
